Meet our family
We’re a small family-run business started by long-time Cape Cod locals.
The Fisher family is happy to welcome you to our original property, Kingfisher Lodging, located on historic route 6A in the town of Dennis, on Cape Cod Massachusetts. Kingfisher Lodging, established by long time Cape locals, first began welcoming guests in 2001. Throughout the years, we’ve enjoyed
welcoming guests from all over the world to our quaint, pet-friendly, property located on the bayside of the Cape.
Being located on the north side and in a more residential area, Kingfisher Lodging offers a quiet retreat from the typical hustle and bustle that many visitors have experienced. Located immediately adjacent to protected marshland, while staying with us, you may notice that when retiring for the evening after a busy day at the beach, the sound of cars or people is exchanged for that of crickets and frogs.
The Fishers have completed a number of updates to the property since 2001, with the most recent renovations completed in 2022, all with the hopes of providing comfortable and thoughtfully appointed accommodations to make your Cape vacation special.
In addition to this property, we’d like to invite you to visit our sister properties, Kingfisher Oceanside, located near Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port, and Kingfisher Harwich Port, which is close to downtown Harwich Port and just steps from Bank Street Beach, to see their unique benefits as well.
