Policies

Please note the following information:

• Rates shown are for single or double occupancy and do not include a 9.7% local and state tax.
• Rates do apply to holiday weekends and are subject to change.
• There is no additional charge for any child age 10 and under.
• Add $8.00 per night for each extra person over age 10.
• We are a pet-friendly lodging! Pets are $5 per day, per family, per night. Please call in advance for details.
• One night’s deposit is required on all reservations, the balance being due upon arrival.
• Cancellations require five days advance notice prior to the scheduled date of arrival for deposit refund and are subject to a $10.00 service charge per room.
• Early departures will forfeit payment of full stay unless re-rental occurs.
• Two night minimum reservation is required on all in-season weekends.
• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
• MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards are accepted.
• Sorry, we are a non-smoking lodging.
